Hi friends and followers,
The main aim I always wanted to reach was having something that is unique and will be useful and helpful for musicians, song-writers, composers and all creative people in the world. Now we have come to a point where uFXloops has already a great reach as an App. More than 1000 unique users use it every day.
Now the time has come where we can start effectively promoting musicians. Expand your reach, get your audience listening.
The constraints might surprise you:
- we do not want any money, we want collaboration!
- you need to be talented!
- you need to be "small" enough
- you can also live with critics!
Our aim is to spread uFXloops as the unique community driven composer app on the mobile for all musicians. As a platform we're not like soundcloud or freesound.org, we're in the middle of both and we are very restrictive regarding quality of content. You know that in music business a lot of things is done by doing favors to each other, that's what we stand for. But this is only working when the "product" behind that favor is good and unique. We pay a lot of attention to content and a lot of things are filtered out, because they were "average".
My fellow musicians, you often complain about not getting the attention you deserve, that nobody's listening, that your posts aren't read... guess what? we all have this problem. Media is overflooding us. But we will listen. It's part of my job.
We will not promote the ones that are already popular, but we will support every talented newcomer who has something unique but feels like "hey, nobody is listening to my songs / beats".
I will come out with a set of ideas in the next days about what we can offer to creative talents (and I mean talents. Really. Not the ones copying a track, making it louder and claim it to be their song).
The first idea right here:
We will produce a lot of video material in the next weeks to demonstrate all the great music / themes that has been made with uFXloops so far. And to make these videos more vivid and interesting, we would like to show visual video introductions of talented names and bands. We we link them in the comments section of the video. And will may put banners of talents on our homepage.
Please let me know what you think about it. Get in contact. Ask questions. Share and follow this if you like. If I was you, I would have a lot of questions, so please do not hesitate to ask.
And ask yourself a question:
Do I want to be a smiling spectator of that thing, watching if that lifts-off? Or do I want to be one of the turbines?

just wanted to say that yhis is truely a great step forward for this app!! i walls thinking of a way, if any, to make this app better, and with the videos on fb, now it is!!!!

Hey that sounds like a great idea !... I've been wondering if people have the same situation as me.... I put down a few "good" tracks then I'm stuck for a while, or overwork the track to death....
I hope the people who have a "bit more experienced" will help those who ask, and not criticized for mistakes made in the beginning when ufxloops first came out, and everyone was learning how to use ufxloops

this reply is really coming in a little late but I am a new member to the music production and I have been trying this app out for sum time now. I didn't know anything about the coins or any of the samples that were able to b downloaded so basically I wud just use the app for a lil fun. now 2 days ago I figured it all out became a premium member and also put an extra 1000 coins to my account and it is a lot easier to get to do what y'all intended the app to do. I've made 11 beats so far and even imported some samples I created with N-TRACK. I love this app!! thanks !!!
